Services provided by the Ministry to the University:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Social Solidarity Unit at Aswan University works on three axes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

First: Social Protection and Economic Empowerment Axis by providing:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Protection and social development services.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Rehabilitation and integration services for persons with disabilities.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Economic empowerment and financial inclusion services.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Payment of fees for students who are unable.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Providing equal opportunities in education for students with disabilities by providing prosthetic devices and assistive devices for them in education.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Providing integrated service cards for persons with disabilities.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Second: Awareness and personality building axis through:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Holding seminars and panel discussions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Distribution of brochures and awareness-raising leaflets.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Awareness campaigns and training courses.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Third: Supporting knowledge and expertise by implementing the following:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Inspection visits to the Ministry of Social Solidarity and conducting dialogue with workers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Field visits to development projects under auspices of the Ministry.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-Part-time volunteering for projects or groups served by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
