She is symbolized in this protocol as first part.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02. <b>Aswan University:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">She is represented in this protocol by Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, President of Aswan University.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">It is referred to in this protocol as the &#8220;second party&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>Introductory Clause:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">In implementation of the directives of the political leadership on the necessity of integration between the various sectors of the state to achieve Egypt\u2019s vision for sustainable development by 2030 And considering the state\u2019s strategic direction in supporting and developing human capital from the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that people accumulate throughout their lives, enabling them to exploit their potential as normal and productive individuals in society. Experience has shown that there is a strong relationship between human capital and the economic growth of countries because of its impact on reducing the risks that could hinder the development of young people and focusing on preparing them intellectually and skillfully to better maximize their abilities, so that they represent an effective economic value for themselves, their families, and their communities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Investing in human capital represents an increase in opportunities for economic and social mobility, and this mobility supports the speed of social and electronic communication, which contributes to creating more vibrant, growing, and prosperous societies. Hence, supporting university students is a contribution to preparing a good citizen, who interacts positively with all issues of the society in which he lives, preserving its traditions, customs, and the value of positivity, and a producer, who participates in the development of state resources and not only consumes them. Therefore, the role of universities is no longer limited to the scientific and cognitive qualifications of students. The state has allowed it to integrate and cooperate with all state agencies and institutions for the general benefit of university students.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Since the Ministry of Social Solidarity aims to provide direct and indirect social services to all segments of society, university students are among the groups that the Ministry of Social Solidarity has targeted at this stage, with the numerous services and programs implemented by the Ministry, whether these programs are rehabilitative, educational, awareness-raising, economic, or therapeutic, and whether this student is normal or has special needs;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">For this reason, the Ministry of Social Solidarity has set out to establish a social solidarity unit in Egyptian universities in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific research, provided by the Ministry of Solidarity one of the integrated social services for university students. I must establish a social security unit in Egyptian universities, and I recommend that the Ministry of Social Solidarity conclude a separate cooperation protocol with each university. In view of the desire of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Aswan University to establish a social solidarity unit at the university, the two parties agreed to conclude a cooperation protocol. And after the two parties recognized her eligibility and legal capacity to conclude this protocol, they agreed on the following:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(First Item )\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">The preceding preamble is an integral part of this protocol and complements its provisions.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Second Item)<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Protocol Objectives\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 The protocol aims at the cooperation of the two parties in establishing a unit for social solidarity within the university in a way that contributes to achieving Egypt\u2019s vision for sustainable development in 2030, especially the goals related to the axes of social justice and human building. The unit is based on three basic principles:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">-Human right to development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">-Cooperation and integration between the different sectors of the state.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">-Data confidentiality and information privacy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">For the general benefit of youth, the Egyptian family, and society in general. as it allows the unit to have channels of communication between the Ministries of Social Solidarity and the University; To create a kind of integration between them in providing a package of social services needed by the university student, as an Egyptian citizen, who represents a goal of sustainable development and is dependent on him to contribute to achieving it, to achieve the following goals\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">First: providing all social and economic services to students\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Providing all social and economic services to students is done by providing a package of integrated services to students and meeting their basic needs during their university years (in the academic year or during annual vacation) and for new graduates after completing their studies, which enhances community peace and security and helps achieve the desired goals of integrated and sustainable development, as stated in the fourth clause of this protocol.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Secondly: promoting positive awareness among university students;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">with the aim of increasing investment rates in them to promote social justice and economic growth.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Third: Supporting the knowledge and experiences of Egyptian university students\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">By devoting a culture of volunteering among students in all service activities provided by the Social Solidarity Unit, as well as organizing inspection and field visits to the activities and programs of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in coordination with universities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Third Item)\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">The Framework of the Unit\u2019s Working <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Universities&#8217; social solidarity units work on three axes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 <b>First: the axis of social protection and economic empowerment is presented by presenting:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Social protection and development services. Rehabilitation and integration services for people with disabilities, and economic empowerment and financial inclusion services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>Second: Awareness and character-building axes through:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Holding seminars and panel discussions and distributing awareness brochures and leaflets.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>Third: the axis of supporting knowledge and expertise through:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Inspection visits to the Ministry of Social Solidarity and dialogue with workers Field visits to development projects under the umbrella of the Ministry \u2022 Volunteering part-time for projects or groups served by the Ministry of Social Solidarity\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Fourth item)\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">(First-Party Obligations) The Ministry of Social Solidarity is committed to the following:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.Equipping the unit\u2019s headquarters that the university allocates for this purpose, including office furniture and computers etc. and internet connection, provided that the Ministry of Social Solidarity bears the rewards The money allocated to contract workers in a unit <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2.Contribute to the development and maintenance of university campuses and raise their efficiency if possible. <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\"> Contribute to integrated meals for students in university cities, in partnership with NGOs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\"> Preparing, designing, and implementing all programs and activities related to community awareness and personality building, maintaining and supporting the experiences and knowledge of students through booklets, educational seminars, and field visits.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05.Supporting the abilities of students with disabilities by carrying out activities related to psychological rehabilitation\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 social services for students and providing the necessary compensatory equipment for those unable to do so.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06. Providing financial assistance to students who are unable, as well as providing soft loans to complete the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 educational process is in accordance with the procedures followed at Nasser Social Bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 7.Providing soft loans to students wishing to establish micro-investment, production, or service projects with the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0lowest possible interest, according to the procedures determined by Nasser Social Bank.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 8. Holding a permanent exhibition for university students at reduced prices if students can participate in organizing and displaying their products through it. 9: Providing the necessary facilities for university students to participate in and benefit from research activities. It is implemented by the National Center for Social and Criminological Research, as are its publications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Fifth Item)\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">obligations of the second party\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Aswan University is committed to the following:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\"> Providing headquarters for carrying out the activities of the Social Solidarity Unit. Not less than two rooms inside the University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\"> Facilitate the unit&#8217;s communication with students and colleges and the necessary publicity for its activities within the University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\"> Participate in providing the necessary administrative facilities for the unit&#8217;s exercise of all awareness activities associated with building character and supporting student experiences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-contrast=\"none\">4. Providing a headquarters for holding exhibitions of products of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and NGOs to serve university students<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Sixth Item )\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">(Grievances Handling Unit) A committee is formed in each unit specialized in receiving grievances from students regarding their non-receipt of some of the services provided by the unit to which they feel they are entitled to, or delay in obtaining its services, or feelings of discrimination against them for any reason, called (Grievances and Complaints Handling Committee); Provided that it is affiliated with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and grievances are sent (on the website designated for this purpose), provided that the work of the aforementioned grievance committee is regulated by a decision of the head of the Social Solidarity Unit, in a way that guarantees a speedy response to requests and their examination while preserving the confidentiality of data, with the accountability of the offender In the non-availability or delay in providing services to students.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Seventh Item )\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Information Management and Record Keeping\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">A committee is formed in each unit to manage information and keep records efficiently to maintain ease retrieving and maintaining its privacy, bearing in mind that the data and records are owned The Ministry of Social Solidarity, which secures, treats, and safely disposes of them in accordance with its procedures and rules and regulatory compliance for legislation, supports the university&#8217;s achievement of its educational and service goals through ensuring and reviewing the procedures you follow continuously to achieve these goals efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with best practices.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Eighth Item)\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">The two parties agreed that any dispute that may arise from the implementation or interpretation of this protocol shall be settled amicably.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">If an amicable settlement is not reached within three months of the date the dispute arose, the General Assembly is concerned Legal Advice and Legislation of the State Council for adjudication.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Ninth Item )\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">The two parties agreed that no amendments or changes may be made to this protocol&#8217;s provisions except with their written consent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">Pursuant to an appendix signed by the two parties, they undertook to implement this protocol effectively and positively.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\"><b>(Tenth Item )\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">The two parties acknowledge that they have taken the address indicated in the issuance of this protocol as their chosen place and direction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">To them all correspondences and notifications of all kinds, and in the event of changing it, the party that made the change is bound\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo\">His headquarters is to notify the other party of this by virtue of a registered letter with an acknowledgment of receipt within fifteen days from the date of the change;
