University&#8217;s plan for community service and environmental development, a cooperation protocol was signed between Aswan University and the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation. The signing of the protocol comes within the framework of the presidential directive to seek the help of universities and research centers to provide scientific advice because the university represents the house of expertise and considering wasting water resources with old irrigation.
