The university prepares an action plan for reproductive health and family planning through the Department of Student Care and the Medical Department in order to provide the required reproductive health services and improve its quality, and the plan aims to increase awareness of sexual and reproductive health issues\u00a0by: \u2013<\/span><\/div>\n
Conducting special seminars for female students in university cities to raise awareness of reproductive health, family planning and breast cancer.<\/span><\/div>\n
A presentation of the most prominent challenges facing female students and the existence of a mechanism for continuous communication between students.<\/span><\/div>\n
From the university side, the purpose of preparing this plan is to improve reproductive health \u2013 family planning to contribute to improving women\u2019s health. The medical administration affirmed that the plan starts from the principles of the right and freedom of female students in a safe way of family planning, leading to the provision of reproductive health services and information \u2013 better family planning.<\/span><\/div>\n

Under the patronage of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman, the President of Aswan University, Aswan University organized an introductory seminar on the national initiative for empowering girls, \u201cDawwi,\u201d in partnership with the Future Association for Development, Consumer Protection, and the Environment in Aswan.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Members of the Community Organizing Department and postgraduate students in the department participated in an electronic training course on reproductive health organized by UNICEF:<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

About ten members of the Community Organizing Department, including professors, an assistant professors, Lecturers, assistant Lecturers, teaching assistants, as well as postgraduate students in the department of master\u2019s and doctoral students, participated in an electronic training course on reproductive health organized by UNICEF from June to December 2022.<\/span><\/div>\n

The course was presented through the electronic platform of Dawwie and UNICEF, which aims to train young men and women and raise awareness of relevant issues in the field of reproductive health, positive education and dealing with children.<\/span><\/div>\n
