This approach ensures that international collaboration functions as a <strong>tool for learning, benchmarking, and continuous improvement<\/strong>, rather than cooperation alone.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>How International Collaboration Generates Best Practice<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">At Aswan University, international collaboration is intentionally designed to support <strong>comparative research and applied learning<\/strong>.
