For students and work to raise the awareness of the public through the acquisition and reading of books, the book fair will witness many cultural, artistic, poetic and religious evenings.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 12pt\">In 2020, Aswan University held a &#8220;<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.egypttoday.com\/Article\/4\/95630\/Activities-of-Aswan-University-Book-Fair-launches-on-Dec-24\">Aswan University Book Fair<\/a><\/strong><\/span>&#8220;<\/span> at the Faculty of Agriculture at Aswan University in the desert under the slogan &#8220;Reading for All&#8221;, where the exhibition will be held for the second year in a row, and many sectors participated in it, including the Ministry of Culture, the House of Knowledge, and the Great Pyramids. The exhibition area is from 250 to 300 square meters and includes about 30 thousand books with hundreds of different titles in general knowledge, science, and literature.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000;font-size: 12pt\">In 2019, Aswan University participated in \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/see.news\/culture-min-aswan-governor-inaugurate-book-fair-during-7th-edition-of-aswan-culture-and-arts-festival\/\">The seventh session of the Aswan International Festival of Arts<\/a>\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/span>. More than 90 titles were presented, in which the Organization of Culture Palaces participated in the Golden Jubilee of the Cairo International Book Fair. The festival is an important way to get acquainted with the cultures and civilizations of different countries to achieve more communication, especially with the Nile Basin countries.
