Another more significant benefit of\u00a0redevelopment\u00a0of brownfield, that it can be cheaper because vital infrastructure (drainage, electricity, roads, transport networks etc.) already exists.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">In 2019, Aswan university has built new\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/aswu.edu.eg\/en\/services-aswu\/student-services-aswu\/applying-for-hostel\/\">dormitories<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0for its\u00a0\u00a0 students, and new accommodations for its staff and employees. These new buildings have been built on brownfield sites, which were previously owned by the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Brownfield Sites: &#8211;<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Dormitories in the Airport Road, in front of the Faculty of Energy Engineering.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Staff Accommodations in the Camp Site, near Aswan Dam.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Dormitories in the road of the High Dam, in front of the Friendship Statue<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">College of Nursing, where its campus was renovated from an old building called Gambia.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
