So the Social Solidarity Fund was created for helping these students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Fund Services, Conditions, and required documents:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Services<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Paying Tuition Fees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Financial aid for university book<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Getting a medical glasses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Getting clothes(in-kind assistance, stationary)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Getting meals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Supporting graduation projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Monthly aids for students with chronic diseases<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>How can you get the service?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Required Documents:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Get a form from the student&#8217;s care office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Fill the form<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Submit the form to student&#8217;s care office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Get a social research from the social unit affiliated to the student&#8217;s residence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">A report of the family&#8217;s income(salary breakdown, pension report, agricultural holding, entrepreneur)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Original copy and a copy of the parent&#8217;s national ID<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">A copy of the current and the previous year&#8217;s student&#8217;s ID<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">A father&#8217;s photo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">If the father is dead, a copy of the death certificate is required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">In a case that the parent has a chronic disease and hasn&#8217;t the ability to earn his living, a medical report is required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">In a case that the student is a handicapped or has a chronic disease, a medical report is required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>The Service&#8217;s Fees:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">No fees are required except 50 piasters which is paid with the tuition fees; moreover it shall be removed for the students who are exempted from paying tuition fees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">2 pounds are paid with tuition fees as fees for subscription for personal accidents.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Applying Date:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Approval is required after a month&#8217;s from the application date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">In a case that the student isn&#8217;t granted the service in the target date, he\/ she shall contact the university administration or the administrative control authority.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Terms of Granting the Aid:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">The student shall be Egyptian<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">The student shan&#8217;t have been exposed to any university penalties<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Not flunking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">The family&#8217;s monthly income average shall not exceed the limit determined by the fund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Statistics:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">1000 students got the service with total sum of 361200 EGP. varied between financial aid, paying tuition fees as well as paying the university dorms fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Ibn Sabeel &#8220;Misr Al Kheer&#8221; Protocol:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Aswan University signed a cooperation protocol to implement the &#8220;Ibn Al Sabeel&#8221; project of Misr Al Kheer foundation as one of the Zakat channels inside the university. The protocol includes paying for the needed students the dorm fees, tuition fees as well as TOEFL fees for postgraduate students in addition to supporting graduation projects for the expatriate students or the students whose residence is 85 km far from the university and the low-income families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>Services Provided for Students with Special Needs:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Aswan University provides services to disabled students to ensure they are successfully dealing with the university activities and programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong>The student with special needs shall:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Contact the student&#8217;s care administration to manage the personal meeting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Fill the required documents<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times,
