On the other hand, Aswan University formed the \u201cEquality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee<\/b>\u201d in order to promote equality, diversity and inclusion and provide effective support for people with disabilities and others, so that it has allocated a\u00a0Reasonable Accommodation Policy<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>for persons with disabilities to enable them to fully participate in all aspects of university life and obligated us as a university to provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure equal access to educational programmes, services and facilities.<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>

Aswan University provides and guarantees reasonable accommodations that enable qualified students with disabilities to perform at an equal level compared to their peers. and to enable the disabled individual to have an equal opportunity not only to be employed, but to successfully perform their job duties to the same extent as persons without disabilities.<\/span><\/p>

Law No. 10<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> of 2018 Promulgating the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the law guarantees the right to care, especially housing and the financial aids for people with disabilities<\/span><\/p>

Aswan University provides housing<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span> and an appropriate social environment for disabilities students in university dorms in terms of allocating places in the first floors of the university buildings.<\/span><\/p>

The university also provides total support for disabilities students through The Social Solidarity Program<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>
