Entitlements are defined as the set\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 of all commodity bundles over which a person can establish command given the legal, political, economic and social arrangements of the community\u00a0\u00a0 in which they live (including traditional rights such as access to common resources).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Cairo;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"color: #333399;text-decoration: underline\">Utilization<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Cairo;font-size: 12pt;color: #333399\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">\u00a0\u00a0 Utilization of food through adequate diet, clean water, sanitation and health care to reach a state of nutritional well-being where all physiological needs are met. This brings out the importance of non-food inputs in food security.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #333399\"><span style=\"font-family: Cairo;font-size: 14pt\">Stability:<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Cairo;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">\u00a0\u00a0 To be food secure, students, employees or individual must have access to adequate food at all times. They should not risk losing access to food as a consequence of sudden shocks (e.g. an economic or climatic crisis) or cyclical events (e.g. seasonal food insecurity). The concept of stability can therefore refer to both the availability and access dimensions of food security.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-32c8df8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"32c8df8\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b864d2e\" data-id=\"b864d2e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89c60da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89c60da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;font-size: 18pt;color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Cairo\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333399;text-decoration: underline\">Aims<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #333399\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: Cairo\">Food Security Program Aims at:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;text-align: justify\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Reducing the problem of hunger among students, as the university provided subsidies to its students in the amount of <strong>(\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">283603.15<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0)<\/strong> in the year <strong>(2022\/2023)<\/strong>, <strong>(<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">159300.00<\/span>\u00a0)<\/strong> in the year <strong>(2022\/2021)<\/strong>, <strong>(\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">282.728.5\u00a0<\/span>)<\/strong> in the year <strong>(2021\/2020)<\/strong>, and <strong>(<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">355,300<\/span>)<\/strong> in the year <strong>(2019\/2020)<\/strong>. The university\u2019s efforts were not limited to students only, but also included (Employees \u2013 Academic staff and their assistants) by reducing the prices of their meals.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">\u00a0Increasing the productive efficiency of agricultural production at the university by planting vegetables and fruits in the farms of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">Via the following:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;text-align: justify\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">Planting (8) greenhouses for the production of (okra &#8211; zucchini &#8211; strawberry &#8211; cucumber &#8211; pepper) in the faculty farm outside the university<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">Planting (7) acres of fruit (grapes &#8211; mango, Kate \/ Nayomi) in the faculty farm outside the university.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">Planting half an acre with different varieties of fruit as student model .<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">Allocating (9) acres for animal and poultry production as an educational research farm. They aims at providing production to serve the local market in Aswan Governorate in the faculty farm at Aneiba.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Cairo;color: #000000\">The university provides full support to students through social solidarity to complete their study stages where they can get meals at nominal prices, and can apply for a student solidarity program to get meals for free.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-cf92d83 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
