\u00a0Today corresponding\u00a0to 14th of March 2018 and under the patronage of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center has organized a workshop for the university academic staff, their assistants and workers in the presence of the vice president of graduate studies and research Prof. Ayman Othman, the vice president of education and student’s affairs Prof. Hanan Abd Al Moneam, the head of quality assurance and accreditation center Prof. Nady Kamal Aziz, the dean of African studies and Nile Basin Countries Institute Prof. Abd Al-Aziz Tantawy, the dean of the faculty of science Dr. Atef Ibrahim, the dean of the faculty of energy engineering Dr. Adel Zeian and a selected group of the academic staff. Prof. Ahmed Ghallab stressed on the significance of quality standards application in the different faculties to improve the university educational system so Aswan university is implementing those standards for achieving advanced ranking among international universities. Prof. Ayman Othman added that Aswan university occupies an advanced place among the universities in the quality application, especially in research labs. In a related context, Dr. Ali Mohammed <\/span><\/strong><\/span>Hemdan \u2013 a professor in the African studies institute and the workshop lecturer \u2013 clarified that accreditation has 2 types (individual accreditation \u2013 institutional accreditation).<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
