Productive distinguishing features of the village:<\/span><\/p>\n

Zinika village in Ramadi, west of Edfu, features with many heritage handicraft products and industries, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Handmade crochet art craft products (single needle):<\/span><\/p>\n

Girls’ bandana – girls’ dresses – men’s and women’s headscarves – hair scrunchies – children’s socks – children’s shawls – children’s Overall – children’s pullovers – bed linens – table mats – Ramadan decorations and lanterns – women’s bags for going out – children’s bags for schools.<\/span><\/p>\n

2- handmade products of palm leaf craft:<\/span><\/p>\n

Cages for transporting and preserving fruits and vegetables – bird cages – wooden beds – wooden chairs – wooden tables.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Handicraft of palm wicker or braiding products:<\/span><\/p>\n

Palm wicker (palm leaves attached to the leaf) are braided in the form of braids used in the following products:<\/span><\/p>\n

Gulf (mat) for bedding and also for prayer – Mattresses for and sofas – Decorations for hanging in the house – Picking for keeping and carrying things, especially food – Food dishes (Chinese) – Bread plate.<\/span><\/p>\n

4-Craft Colorful Food Dishes:<\/span><\/p>\n

The palm wood is cut into thin slices and sticks, folded in a circular shape to form food dishes, and covered with colored wool and cellophane threads. It is used to cover food trays at home or<\/span><\/p>\n

when the trays are taken out and carried outside the house – it is hung as an ornament on the walls of the house.<\/span><\/p>\n

5- Handloom craft products:<\/span><\/p>\n

mats and mattresses (with new materials and it is also possible with old materials from old fabric threads) – used recycling.<\/span><\/p>\n

6- The craft of making handmade covers and dressings from fur:<\/span><\/p>\n

Lids cover and coatings – washing machine covers and coatings – garbage baskets cover and coatings – turbo cover and coatings in the kitchen – plastic vegetable pods – fur bags.<\/span><\/p>\n

7- The craft of macrame handmade threads:<\/span><\/p>\n

Mattresses – Ramadan lanterns – fruit plates – women’s wallet – mobile pod – paneling for coffee cups and teacups – paneling for crockery.<\/span><\/p>\n

8- Manufacture of leather products:<\/span><\/p>\n

Handbags, bags and women’s wallets of leather (using sewing machines with hand closures and decorations).<\/span><\/p>\n

9- Sewing and tailoring clothes:<\/span><\/p>\n

dresses – women’s cape – school uniforms – school bags of old jeans (recycling).<\/span><\/p>\n
