\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed _Aswan University President _stated that in frame of communicating with citizens and responding to complaints promptly, Aswan University has achieved an advanced position among Egyptian universities, as mentioned in the report of the unified governmental complaints system in the Council of Ministers during a detailed report on the complaints registered on the system. During (January 2021) in various educational, medical and community sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ghallab added that through the university\u2019s electronic system and direct communication with the unified governmental complaints system in the Council of Ministers, we are working to find solutions and respond to all complaints received by the university from (January 2011 to February 2021). Performance indicators in terms of total complaints are (262), (200) individual complaints and (62) collective complaints. The total number of implemented complaints is (262), with a completion rate of (100%). The complaints included (247) citizens, (11) from government agencies, (2) from civil society, and (1) resident.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Among the indicators of completion of complaints since (January to December 2020), whereas the total number of complaints reached (83) individual complaints are (66), collective complaints are (17), the total number of implemented complaints are (83) complaints, and this comes according to the report of the unified government complaints system in the Council of Ministers.<\/span><\/p>\n
