Aswan University announces its need to a leadership position in the specialized position group of (Director General degree) in Education department as the following<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/span><\/td>\nDirector General of the General Department of Human Resources<\/span><\/td>\n-Specialized in supervising the organizational, technical and secretarial sectors affiliated to it, and is subject to the direction of the Secretary General of the University and supervisor of the preparation and implementation of all human resources activities, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

Updating the functional structure. Job description and evaluation. Human resource planning and recruitment. career paths and promotions planning. Career Succession plans. Training and development. Performance planning and management. Entitlements and benefits. Human resource information systems. Take care of employees and ensuring equal opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n

(appropriate higher qualification).<\/span><\/p>\n

This is according to the provisions of the Civil Service Law No. 81 for the year 2016 and its executive regulations issued by the Prime Minister\u2019s decree No. 1216 for the year 2017 regarding occupying leadership positions. Access to job occupancy data and conditions from the description cards, documents and papers required and announced on the bulletin board at the university\u2019s headquarters in Sahari.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those who wish to apply for one of these jobs must fill out the form prepared for that at the Technical Secretariat of the Leadership Jobs and Supervisory Management Jobs Committee at the University in Sahari.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applications shall be submitted by hand and in person at the headquarters of the Technical Secretariat of Leadership Jobs and Supervisory Management Jobs Committee at the university\u2019s headquarters in Sahari within a month starting from the date of publication on the government portal in the name of University president,<\/span> attached with the original and 7 copies of the following documents:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Applicants for the job are required to have spent an interim period at least one year at the first job level (A) when applying for the job, or to have spent a total period at least seventeen years consistent with the nature of work in all jobs.<\/span> And he should has high qualification suitable for the job (according to what is explained above) and that he has the ability to lead and direct, and It is preferable to have experience in university work. In addition to the fulfillment of all the conditions stipulated in Law No. 81 of 2016 and its executive regulations issued by the Prime Minister\u2019s decree No. 1216 of 2017. Personal interviews will be held with the applicants by the Leadership Jobs and Supervisory Management Jobs Committee to select the best applicants to be appointed in this job and pass the necessary training in the light of what is determined by the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in accordance with the provisions of the law and its executive regulations.<\/p>\n
