The forum was launched by Prof. Loai Saad El-Deen Nasrat, Acting President of Aswan University, in attendance of prominent judicial, parliamentary, athletic, and academic figures, reflecting significant interest from those concerned with both legal and sports affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">In his opening remarks, Prof. Nasrat emphasized that &#8220;sports are no longer a luxury or mere entertainment; they have become a matter of national security and a key component in shaping public awareness and community health.&#8221; He added that the forum is consistent with state efforts to empower youth through sports and education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">Prof. Ashraf Imam, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development, highlighted the importance of such gatherings in bridging the gap between law and sports, and in promoting legal awareness among athletes and administrators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">Prof. Adel Mekki, Dean of Faculty of Sports Sciences, spoke about the faculty\u2019s pivotal role in preparing sports professionals and contributing to Egypt\u2019s Vision 2030. Meanwhile, Prof. Mohamed Metwally, Vice Dean of Faculty of Law, praised the synergy between academic, legal, and sports institutions in supporting clean sports and legal professionalism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">Among the distinguished attendees were:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\"><strong>Counselor\/ Khaled Mostafa Hamad<\/strong>, President of the Aswan Court of Appeals, emphasized that &#8220;sports have now become a legal arena that requires legislative and regulatory frameworks.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\"><strong>Counselor\/ Abdel Moneim Abdel Sattar<\/strong>, former President of Cairo Criminal Court, who called for greater legal awareness in the sports sector and a revision of the current sports law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\"><strong>MP\/ Gaber Abu Khalil<\/strong>, Member of the House of Representatives, affirmed that &#8220;Parliament supports any initiative by the political leadership that serves youth and sports and reinforces the values of discipline and responsibility.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\"><strong>Eng\/ Adham Dahab<\/strong>, Head of the Upper Egypt Swimming Zone, spoke about the importance of having a legal framework to protect athletes and sports institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\"><strong>Eng\/ Ehab Zaree<\/strong>, Board Member of the Egyptian Rowing Federation, noted the many challenges facing aquatic sports that demand legislative and organizational intervention.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\"><strong>Dr\/ Mahmoud Mohie<\/strong>, Professor of Commercial Law, addressed the legal and economic aspects of the sports industry in Egypt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">The forum featured two main symposiums: one on &#8220;Legal Responsibility in Sports Activities&#8221; and another titled &#8220;From Stadiums to Courts: Sports Media Between Professionalism and Legal Responsibility.&#8221; Both symposiums featured a group of specialists and presented various perspectives on the future of sports in light of Egyptian legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">The forum witnessed a distinguished attendance of university students and Academic staff, with a great level of interaction reflecting the importance of linking law and sports in light of modern societal transformations. The event was organized by Dr. Mostafa Gomaa, Vice Dean of Faculty of Sports Science for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Hani Tolba, Dr. Mohamed Shamandy, and several Academic staff, their assistants, and students of the faculty, along with Dr. Khaled Hassan Hamed from Faculty of Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-family: Cairo;color: #333333\">The forum was organized by Dr. Mostafa Gomaa, Vice Dean of Faculty of Sports Sciences for Education and Student Affairs, in collaboration with Dr. Hany Tolba, Dr. Mohamed Shamandi, and
