QS evaluated over 8,450 educational institutions worldwide to produce its final list of the top 1,500 global universities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">The QS World University Rankings is a global reference that relies on a comprehensive and balanced methodology, evaluating universities according to precise indicators reflecting academic and research quality, reputation, and international orientation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">This accomplishment highlights the expanding institutional presence of Aswan University on the multi-platform international scene. It crowns a week full of international rankings that have boosted the university\u2019s status, as in recent days the university has achieved impressive results in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>CWUR 2025 Ranking:<\/strong> For the first time in its history, Aswan University was ranked among the top 9.3% of universities worldwide, a historic achievement confirming its leadership in research and education.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>THE Impact Rankings 2025:<\/strong> Marking a strong return after its absence, the university secured a prominent position among the world\u2019s top 300 universities (category 201-300), ranking second nationally and sixth in Africa. The university particularly excelled in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ranking 11th globally, first in Egypt, and third in Africa for Partnerships for the Goals (SDG17); 36th globally, first in Egypt and Africa for Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG11), and showing excellence in 8 other goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>U.S. News 2025-2026 Ranking:<\/strong> The university was included among the top 1,000 universities worldwide, showing notable distinction in precise scientific specializations such as engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, computer science, and energy and fuels.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Prof. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Mehallal Orabi, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research and supervisor of the International Ranking Office, stated that Aswan University\u2019s inclusion for the first time in the prestigious QS ranking is part of a integrated series of global ranking achievements attained by Aswan University within a few days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Prof. Orabi pointed out that these results affirm the university\u2019s commitment to academic and research quality standards and its active participation in implementing the comprehensive national vision to develop the higher education and scientific research system. This vision is adopted by the Egyptian state within the framework of the National Higher Education Strategy 2030 and its seven principles, foremost among them the principle of \u201cInternational Reference.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">He also praised the pivotal role of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting the international ranking file through packages of guiding policies, training programs, and periodic monitoring of institutional performance in universities, positively reflecting the presence of Egyptian universities in major global rankings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">He added that these exceptional results are not only for Aswan University and its members but also affirm the growing status of Egyptian universities on the global stage, demonstrating the profound impact of national policies supporting international rankings. The ultimate goal of these rankings is not merely inclusion or media consumption, but their essence lies in the precise self-evaluation of our institutions and continuous advancement of education and scientific research through accredited academic, research, and international criteria and axes, contributing to ongoing improvement of educational institutions\u2019 performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Orabi emphasized that the university faces more effort and determination to achieve more advanced positions, based on a firm belief in Egypt\u2019s Vision 2030, which aims to provide a decent life, bright future, and quality education for our children and future generations amid complex regional and global challenges and rapid growth in science, innovation, and technology fields. This aspiration is pursued through policy and educational environment development, supporting innovative research across various disciplines including interdisciplinary specializations and artificial intelligence, to enhance the university\u2019s contribution to sustainable development locally and globally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">In
