{"id":40215,"date":"2026-07-28T08:49:24","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T08:49:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aswu.edu.eg\/en\/?p=40215"},"modified":"2026-07-29T11:25:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T11:25:35","slug":"supporting-research-excellence-in-the-field-of-artificial-intelligence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aswu.edu.eg\/en\/supporting-research-excellence-in-the-field-of-artificial-intelligence\/","title":{"rendered":"Supporting Research Excellence in Artificial Intelligence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research&#8217;s commitment to promoting research excellence in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and through fruitful collaboration with the Information Systems Department of the Armed Forces, a secure digital infrastructure and high-performance computing capabilities equipped with advanced GPU units have been established to support AI research and applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">This infrastructure is designed to meet the advanced computational needs of:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: circle\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Academic staff and researchers at public, private, and national universities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Researchers at research centers and institutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Researchers enrolled in Master&#8217;s and PhD programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">University students for developing and implementing AI-related graduation projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">The Cloud Computing Services Platform was officially launched in <strong>January 2026<\/strong>. Those interested in utilizing these high-performance computing resources can apply through the online portal at:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-size:
