Within the framework of following up all precautionary measures to prevent the emerging coronavirus and to ensure the safety of students, academic staff, and the university workers; we submit the precautionary measures that must be followed during the examinations period in the university to prevent coronavirus and the executive steps of dealing with individuals in the case of appearing any disease symptoms on them, in coordination with the university hospital in this regard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The precautionary measures that must be followed up during the examinations period:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-In the exam day, students must be alerted to attend before the committee’s date with one hour to prevent any crowdedness.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-The organization committee from the ”Student Care Administration” organizes the entry of individuals in form of lines, with the maintaining of the social distancing.<\/span><\/p>\n

3-All individuals must enter through sterilization gates that exist in front of the university’s headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n

4-No entrance without wearing masks; at each of the various university’s headquarters there are masks with appropriate prices for those who want<\/span><\/p>\n

5-When entering through the university’s gate a nursing technician checks the individuals’ temperatures in each of its headquarters, and no objection if the faculties check again students’ temperature before entering the committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

6-In the case of the rising of a person’s temperature outside the university is prevented totally from entering the campus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

7-In the case of the rising of student’s temperature, the security companies student to the medical unit at the university’s headquarter, and implementing the instructions that must be followed in these cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

8-Sterilizing exam halls between every examination period and the next one.<\/span><\/p>\n

9-Examination halls must be well-ventilated with windows, ports, or fans.<\/span><\/p>\n

10-Observers and workers must wear medical masks in addition to measuring their temperatures before every period of examination periods all over the day at an independent specialized place away from students’ places.<\/span><\/p>\n

11-Students can bring their own sterilization spry inside the examination committees.<\/span><\/p>\n

12-Ensuring from there is only 50%\u00a0 of filling the halls’ capacity with the entire obligation to exist 2-meter distances between every student and another inside examination halls.<\/span><\/p>\n

13-A student signs on the attendance statement with his own pen.<\/span><\/p>\n

14-Every student must bring his own writing tools and necessity to the exam, and prohibiting using other students’ writing\u00a0tools.<\/span><\/p>\n

15-No students’ gatherings before or after exams.<\/span><\/p>\n

16-Assigning the civil defense individuals to check and maintain and ensure the validity of fire extinguishers.<\/span><\/p>\n

17-No smoking during the examination period inside the faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n

18-No assignments or vacations for the medical staff at the medical administration in the faculties during exams to guarantee to provide a doctor for each hall of examination halls.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

19-Because of the current circumstances of coronavirus, worried students can submit a request to excuse performing exams of the first semester before the beginning of exams according to the executive regulation of the University Organization Law.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

20-According to infected students with coronavirus must submit a medical report that is approved by the medical authority of the university; in this case, it’s allowed to excuse performing the exams that are only coincided with the student’s infection period according to the what’s determined by the medical report, and it’s allowed to perform the rest exams.<\/span><\/p>\n

-The instructions must be followed in the case of the rising of a student’s temperature:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-In the case of the rising of a person’s temperature outside the university is prevented totally from entering the campus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2-In the case of the rising of student’s temperature, the security companies student to the medical unit at the university’s headquarter, and implementing the instructions that must be followed in these cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

3-The medical examination is implemented on the suspected student by the specialized doctor’s unit to ensure whether he is infected or not.<\/span><\/p>\n

4-In the case there is a suspected case of coronavirus infection the” rapid test of infection laboratories”( it’s a quick and precise test to determine the infection takes 15 minutes to appear the result ” is done; the university hospital administration will provide the tools of this quick test.<\/span><\/p>\n

5-In the case of the proven student’s infection with coronavirus, the ambulance is called to take him to the university hospital to take necessary action.<\/span><\/p>\n

6-Based on the result of the ”rapid test of infection laboratories” the medical administration notifies the faculty of student about the proof of student’s infection.<\/span><\/p>\n
