Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 un h\u00f4pital universitaire, les d\u00e9partements cliniques sont pass\u00e9s de 8 \u00e0 24 dans toutes les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales.
