As well around <strong>22<\/strong> students from developing countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Regarding the employees Aswan University has 1224 Male vs 1274 Female, this show how Aswan university encouraging applications by women even in recruiting so we have 50% of our employees that are female.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Moreover, in 2019 the percentage of women starting a first degree was 56%, this is a very clear indication that Aswan University\u2019s approach in encouraging Women\u2019s applications in underrepresented subjects, through university outreach or through collaboration with other universities, community groups, government or NGOs in regional or national campaigns, all these initiatives have clearly borne fruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Moreover, the<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sis.gov.eg\/Newvr\/consttt%202014.pdf\">constitution<\/a> <\/span><\/strong><\/span>stipulated more than one article addressing the equity and equality as:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Article No. 11<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #333333\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201cThe State shall ensure the achievement of equality between women and men in all civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution. The State shall take the necessary measures to ensure the appropriate representation of women in the houses of representatives, as specified by Law. The State shall also guarantee women\u2019s right of holding public and senior management offices in the State and their appointment in judicial bodies and authorities without discrimination. The State shall protect women against all forms of violence and ensure enabling women to strike a balance between family duties and work requirements.
