Aswan University has a “Center for people with disabilities” that contributes to providing aid and assistance to all students with disabilities and integrating them with their colleagues at the university, as this center was established at the university’s headquarters in the new city of Aswan to be close to students with disabilities, who study in colleges inside this headquarters.
The center is directly affiliated to the university administration and includes a number of computers in which there are speaking programs in order to facilitate their use for the blind. During the coming period, this center will organize many training courses and events related to students with disabilities.
