The policy that ensures access to educational outreach activities

 

Aswan University is governmental Egyptian University, thus all of the university decisions follow the Egyptian constitution, the articles of laws issued by the Egyptian State and all of the international agreements signed by the Egyptian state. Therefore, Aswan University, issued its first University charter for the student charter for the protection of student’s rights based on the Egyptian constitution.

Aswan University is governmental Egyptian University, thus all of the university decisions follow the Egyptian constitution, the articles of laws issued by the Egyptian State and all of the international agreements signed by the Egyptian state. Therefore, Aswan University, in March 2017, issued its first University charter for the protection of women’s rights based on the Egyptian constitution derived in 2014. This charter force all departments/administrations of the university to enable the opportunity for all qualified student to joins the educational programs and activities regardless of religion, gender, ethnicity or disability. Similarly, the university enables equal opportunities for all qualified graduates to get an academic or administrative position regardless of religion, gender, ethnicity or disability.

The policy had been written by Dr Hassan Khozyem and Prof Dr Mohamed Orabi and approved by the president of the Aswan University.
