The Ministry of Higher Education provides external missions for students, demonstrators, assistant lecturers, lecturers, and university staff who are scientifically distinguished to follow up undergraduate education and postgraduate studies out of country in a number of internationally recognized universities. The ministry also takes into consideration the need of the community for professional and academic majors that are currently not provided by universities and faculties in the country.
