There is medical protocol with treatment unit concerning with treatment of any diseases for academic staff and employee staff of Aswan University also it concern about sharing in the cost of parturition and treatment of her family and her kids too.
There is law No. 81/2016 concerns with women vacation due to parturition for 4 months. As well as the special vacation for accompanying the husband abroad. In Aswan University, it provides traffic service for the early mother departure. It specialized in lactation period and it can last for 2 years. Moreover, there is possibility to take vacation to take care of her family and her husband if he travels abroad.
In Aswan University There is Bus which is specialized for women to go one hour earlier than their colleague to take care of her baby earlier too or work as part time as she wish to take care of her baby.
Aswan University has developed and implemented a Paternity Policy to protect women’s rights and plans to support women’s participation.
