A delegation from Aswan University headed by Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Participated At the 8th International Conference of the Integrative Medicine Society which hold in Luxor city during the period from 6 to 9 March at Aswan University Hospital for two days in cooperation with (Assuit University-Badr University-University of El Nilain Sudan).
The delegation of Aswan University included Aswan University president Prof.Ahmed Ghallab,the former Aswan University president Prof.Mansour Kabbash, the dean of Aswan Faculty of Medicine Prof. Mohammed Zaki Al Dahshouri, Vice Dean for Education and Students Prof. Mostafa El Tairi, the General Manager of University Hospitals in Aswan Dr. Abdullah Al Obeidi and a number of the head of departments and academic staff of the faculty of medicine.
Ghallab said that the university is careful about the participation with this great medical conference which discusses the reasons of sleep disorders and the methods of their treatment, respiratory problems, chest diseases, and sensitivity and how to treat it.
Dr. Susan Salama – Professor of Chest Diseases, Assiut University ,the scientific supervisor of the chest department and intensive care at Aswan Faculty of Medicine and the head of the conference added that the of participants in the conference exceed 100 doctors moreover the participation of the heads of the following universities (Assiut University –South Valley University –Aswan University- Zagazig University-Badr University) and Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Universities and former Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Mohammed Khalil Al-Amari-the head of health committee in the house of representatives, Dr.Fatah Al-Bukhari-representative of Neelain University. She explained that the conference witnesses several workshops about the chest speculums of the intensive care, respirators, the expected complications, sleep disorders and the different methods of treatment.Dr. Abdullah Al Obeidi added the procedures of the conference will be completed during two days in Aswan University Hospital and this by organizing a number of workshops about uses of sonar devices, sleep disorders, stop breathing during sleep and chest diseases.
