Today, Wednesday, the Council of Graduate Studies and Research at Aswan University held its session No. (133) headed by Prof. Mohamed Abdel-Aziz Mehallal Orabi_ Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs_ in attendance of vice deans of faculties for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and members of the Council.
The Council was opened by the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Welcoming the attendees, the Council also reviewed its various topics, including the formation of supervision and registration committees for researchers in postgraduate studies in the various Faculties of the university and the Institute of African and Nile states Research and Studies.
The Council also accredited the university’s scientific research budget in order to help all researchers in managing their needs to complete their studies. Prof. Mohamed Orabi declared that the Council approved the regulation of graduate studies and research of Faculty of Arts, and the Council concluded its work with the presentation of the annual report for graduate studies sector for 2022-2023 by Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research.
The report includes statistics of the sector in terms of the numbers of those enrolled and granted during the year and the study programs available for the graduate studies stage in the various Faculties. The report included the most important events and activities organized by the sector during the last year.
