A delegation of Aswan University headed by the vice president of graduate studies and research Prof. Ayman Othman visited the headquarters of Aswan military sector to congratulate the armed forces’ men on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the 6th October victories.
The delegation included Prof. Farid Abdel Zaher, dean of the faculty of Dar Al Uloom, and Prof. Mohamed Gabr, dean of the faculty of archeology, while the travel circumstances prevented Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab from joining the delegation.
Prof. Ayman Othman said that the 6th October Victory proved to the whole world the ability of Egyptians to Cross the canal, plan and implement the glorious October War, which is praised by the global military forces till now.
He pointed out that the 6th October War achieved many important gains for Egypt at the political, diplomatic and military levels and was a turning point in the history of the international relations. He extended his sincere congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the glorious October victories.
