Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab accompanied by the deputy head of Egyptian University Sports Federation Dr. Mohammed Sobhy Hassanein, inspected the new facilities that are to be inaugurated upon the launch of the 1st African Universities Youth Weak 19th -25th Oct. 2019 organized by Aswan University. Prof. Ghallab stressed that the event will witness several sports, artistic, cultural, social and scientific activities which will be held in the new university’s playground complex, the open and the covered theaters. He added that the university’s entrance was upgraded and decorated by raising the participating universities’ flags so as to welcome our neighboring African countries.
For his part, Dr. Hassanein said that the true gain that will return on Aswan university is developing its infrastructure as the significant events last for a few days but improving the infrastructure will remain. The other achievement will be the communication between African youth wich indeed strengthens the ties of friendship between them. Dr. Sobhy praised the great efforts exerted by Aswan University headed by Prof. Ahmed Ghallab for the success of that significant Event. He added that the Egyptian University Sports Federation is supervising the sports activities and undertakes the media promotion on all the Federation’s electronic websites.
