Honoring Art and Heritage Creators in an Elegant Celebration in Collaboration with Aswan University

Aswan Sports Club, in cooperation with Aswan University, organized an honorary event celebrating those with an artistic touch, The ceremony was attended by Prof. Loai Saad El-Deen Nasrat, Acting President of Aswan University; Counselor Shafie Saleh, Chairman of Aswan Sports Club; the Military Advisor of the Governorate; Eng. Ehab Zare, a member of the Egyptian Rowing Federation; along with a group of university leaders, club members, and prominent academic and sports figures.

In his speech, Prof. Loai Saad El-Deen Nasrat emphasized the depth of the fruitful partnership between the university and the club, which comes within the framework of serving the Aswan community through cultural, sports, and artistic initiatives. He explained that the Faculty of Specific Education had participated in implementing a unique beautification project within the club titled “Visual Vision”, where students expressed the aesthetics of Aswan’s heritage through expressive artworks inspired by the local environment and the region’s breathtaking natural scenery.

For his part, Counselor Shafie Saleh, Chairman of Aswan Sports Club, praised this fruitful cooperation, noting that Aswan University represents a driving force for development and enlightenment in the governorate. He added that the joint activities contribute to investing in youth potential and enhancing the sports and cultural fields.

The event concluded with the honoring of several individuals who played key roles in the project, including Prof. Loai Saad El-Deen Nasrat; Dr. Rejali Abdel-Aleem, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education; Mr. Khaled Asran, Secretary-General of the University; Dr. Rania Ahmed Reda, Professor of Design; as well as the creative students behind the artworks, the joint working team, and several club workers.

The ceremony also featured artistic and performance segments presented by talented children from Aswan’s folk art troupes, in an inspiring creative touch that reflected the beauty of Aswan’s diversity and creativity.

It is worth noting that Prof. Loa Saad El-Deen Nasrat, President of Aswan University, and Counselor Shafie Saleh, Chairman of Aswan Club, inspected the development work and artistic drawings carried out by the students.
