As a part of habilitation of the State Administrative System, Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab has met the head of the Central Agency of Organization and Administration Dr. Mohammed Jamil and the accompanying delegation in the presence of the vice president of community service and environmental development Prof. Ahmed Sayed Khalil and the vice president of education and student’s affairs Prof. Hanan Abd Al Moneam. On the sidelines of the meeting a cultural symposium has been held, Prof. Ghallab opened the symposium by welcoming the attendees, he stressed that it is the first symposium at the level of the Egyptian universities that is visited by the head of the Central Agency of Organization and Administration. He added that the university needs of employment has been presented during the symposium. Prof. Ghallab emphasized on the significance of edifying the university employees and making use of their capacities in the different sectors and discussing the ways of technical support to upgrade Aswan University administrative system.
Dr. Jamil declared that the Agency is working on improving the employee’s regularization through the state policy that is developing a strategy through the civil service law no. (81) of 2018 and handling the law no. (47) of the state employees, pay equity through rewarding the outstanding and consolidate the administrative and organizational structure at the level of the state institutions.
In the same context, the head of the Central Agency of Organization and Administration has given the Agency Shield to Aswan university president. The chief of Functional Arrangements Sector addressed a lecture on the ways of regularization and functional arrangements in the state organizations.
The symposium was attended by the university legal counsel, Mr. Mohammed Fawzy, the faculties deans and the secretary general. Moreover, Aswan university president, the head of the Central Agency of Organization and Administration and the accompanied delegation visited the university new headquarters at Aswan Al Jadeda to see the university new constructions.
