2.5.3 Access to university facilities (e.g. labs, technology, plant stocks) to local farmers and food producers to improve sustainable farming practices

Consistent with UN SDGs, Aswan University seeks through the Agricultural Experiments and Research Center at the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, to provide various activities and services that serve the agricultural sector in its various fields, the surrounding community, and achieve the desired coordination between scientific research and economic production.

To ensure a sustainable community and environment, Aswan University provides access to its labs, orchards, agricultural greenhouses and libraries, to countries, organizations and individuals concerned with Sustainable agriculture and food security.

The Faculty of Agriculture did not stop at the Agricultural Experiments and Research Center only, but it also equipped laboratories and classrooms in a manner that allows to facilitate all sustainable agricultural practices.
