The unit’s board of directors is formed based on the Resolution of the university president, as follows:
- The University President_ Head of the council
- The Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development_ Deputy of the council.
- A member of Academic staff in the Botany Department_ director of the unit
- (5) from Academic staff_ Members
- Financial member.
