The faculty’s activities of environment service and community development 2018/2019.
- A training course on sports injuries and first aids for the faculty’ students .
- A training course on rescue in cooperation with the Egyptian diving and life saving federation was executed from 5/12/2018 to 10/1/2019 the beneficiaries were students of faculty of physical education from all divisions.
- The first festival of exercise ,gymnastics,and kinesiology on 14/12/2018.
- The faculty cooperated with Aswan rowing and water sports club participating in Aswan national day ceremonies from 9 to 11/1/2018.
- a festival in the occasion of opening football fields and the multi purpose hall and the athletics track.
- The faculty organized a symposium titled (sport tourism: Egypt’s future) on 30/11/2018 with the participation of many authorities and institutions.
- Organizing a road race in the midterm holiday February 2019 sponsored by Egyptian universities sports federation with the participation of 19 universities and 369 students.
- Organizing the first Nile race for mono swimming in cooperation with by Egyptian universities sports federation with the participation of 10 universities and 119 students.
- Organizing a marathon on January 2019 with the participation of Alsalam School.
- Participate in the Karate competition organized by Arab Academy of Science, Technology and maritime transport in the presence of the head of Aswan area of Karate and the Egyptian cultural attaché in Saudi Arabia.
- Organizing the student camp of sport convoys and public service for the third division 10_15/7/2019.
- Organizing a clean-up campaign collaborating with Almostaqbal association with the slogan (Aswan is clean and beautiful) on 14/2/2019.
- Organizing the student camp of public service and scouting skills for the first division’ student.
- With the participation of 12 girl students.
- Faculty of commerce has obtained the first place, and faculty of physical education has obtained the second place.Organizing a scouting camp with the regional association of air scout from 16 to 21 /7/2019.The eleventh Egyptian universities youth week from 9 to 20/9/2017 at Menoufia University.
- With the participation of 50 students.
- The administration participated in (five-a side football games_vollyball_ping pong_wrestling).
- Aswan university got the following places and medals:
The student: Mostafa Mahmoud Sayed-faculty of physical education has got the second place_ silver medal of wrestling at the level of Egyptian universities in the weight of 70 kg.
The student: Abdullah Mohamed Abdullah _faculty of social work has got the second place_ silver medal of wrestling at the level of Egyptian universities in the weight of 60 kg.
The student: AL Hasan Mohamed Naguib – faculty of physical education has got the fifth place of wrestling at the level of Egyptian universities in the weight of 58 kg.
Eight-a-side football event at the level of the university’s faculties on 9_10/10/2017 at the football field of Aswan University
- With the participation of 160 students.
Faculty of physical education has obtained the first place; the second place was for faculty of engineering.
Five –a-side football event at the level of the university’s faculties on 7-8/11/2017 at the football field of Aswan city youth center.
- With the participation of 104 students.
Faculty of Dar Al Uloom has obtained the first place, and faculty of physical education has obtained the second place.
Five –a-side football event for female students at the level of the university’s faculties on 10/11/2017 at the football field of Aswan city youth center.
- With the participation of 48 female students.
Faculty of physical education has obtained the first place, and faculty of law has obtained the second place.
