According to the Microsoft agreement between Aswan University and Microsoft, Microsoft provides Aswan University with many services represented in Office365 applications, namely:

5 | Excel | It is a spreadsheet program developed by Microsoft. Excel organizes data into columns and rows and allows you to perform mathematical functions. Works on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS |
6 | Forms | By using Microsoft Forms, you can create a form, such as a survey or quiz, invite others to respond to it using any web browser or mobile device, see results in real time as they are submitted, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for further analysis or grading. |
7 | Kaizala | Microsoft Kaizala is a simple and secure messaging application for large group calls and work management such as WhatsApp, as it allows people to communicate easily within the Aswan University institution, and Kaizala facilitates communication between students and faculty using a simple chat interface. |

9 | OneDrive | It is a cloud service that connects you to all your files. Allows you to store, protect, share and access files from anywhere on all your devices, with 1TB – 5TB space. |
10 | OneNote | It is a “blog” service that provides a single place to save all your notes, research, plans and information – everything you need to remember and manage in your life at home, at work or at school, where you can search and find important information quickly, and best of all, your notebooks are stored online so that you can easily access them on any of your mobile devices. |
11 | People | The People app is your address book. You can add your contacts and stay in touch with friends and family. The People, Outlook, and calendar apps work together so you can easily send mail to the most important people and schedule appointments with them. |
