The Regional Admission :
It is the restriction of admission to some colleges and institutes to students who have obtained a high school certificate from the region in which these colleges and institutes are located.
This applies to faculties of education and its divisions, specific education and its divisions, health technical institutes, nursing colleges, technical institutes of nursing and the girls’ college.

Second: – Rules For Reducing Expatriation
The primary purpose of transferring the student, after being nominated by the Coordination Office, is to reduce the student’s expatriation so that he/she enrolls in a college in A Zone, and the purpose of the transfer is not to change the student’s opinion and re-nominate him in another site, and the transfer process is divided into two types that you can see from here
