Aswan University Council no. 76 was held yesterday corresponding to 29th October 2018 in which the following resolutions were approved:
- Establishing the Engineering Center at the faculty of energy engineering for serving environment and society.
- Announcing the university’s awards of recognition and incentive in addition to scientific publishing award for 2018.
- Appointing some academic members.
- Granting several master and Ph.D. degrees in addition to BA. certificates for the second session exams’ students.
- Bearing the expenses of treating university students with some chronic diseases.
- Starting the work in the university’s new center of evaluation and assessment in the first of November 2018.
The council was attended by the vice presidents, university president’s advisors, the faculties’ deans in addition to the manager of the national center of e-learning in the supreme council of universities Dr. Rami Iskandar.
