The Higher Committee that is responsible for supervising on the University’s Students’ Union Elections announced the winners as follows:
The student/ Omar Aglan, the president of the students’ union.
The student/ Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed, the vice president.
In the same context, Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghalab said that the electoral process is a significant democratic experience, the winners should be in charge and have to serve their colleagues in cooperation with the university’s administration. He congratulated the winners wishing them continuing success.
The vice president of education and student’s affairs and the chairman of the higher committee which is supervising the elections Prof. Hanan Abd Al Moneam Awad added that the elections have resulted in the success of students from the university’s different faculties as follows:
The student / Omar Aglan, faculty of agriculture and natural resources, who won the presidency position by recommendation
The student/ Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed, faculty of physical education, with vice presidency after getting 27 out of 33 votes.
The student/ Mohamed Yousef Abed Seyam, faculty of law won the secretariat of Groups Committee.
the student/ Ahmed Amin Ali Shahin, the assistant secretary of the same committee.
The student Taher Mohammed Al Taher, the secretary of the Social Committee.
The student/ Salem Abd Al Kareem, the secretary of the Sports Committee.
The student/ Ihab Mosaad, the assistant secretary of the Sports Committee.
The student/ Osama Fadel, the secretary of the Cultural Committee.
The student/ Hager Abd Al Al Hameid, the assistant secretary of the same committee.
The student Abd Al Atty Amgad, the secretary of the Artistic Committee.
The student/ Moustafa Ahmed Ahassan, the assistant secretary of the same committee.
The student/ Mohammed Ahmed Ragab, secretary of Scout Committee.
