In frame of the Ministry of Social Solidarity’s concern to achieve Egypt’s vision for sustainable development 2030, especially the axes of justice, development and human building, and the participation of young people in voluntary work to serve the communities surrounding their universities, which enhances the spirit of belonging and citizenship and the desired goals of integrated development, investment in people and helping youth.

and under supervision of Prof. Salah Hashem_Adviser of Ministry of Solidarity for social policies and General Coordinator of Social Solidarity Units in Egyptian Universities.
The Social Solidarity Unit at Aswan University Organized field and inspection visit to the “Boys care Home in Aswan”, that young volunteers participated the children in their day, knowing more about the services provided by the care home through sponsorship and the conditions for admission to the care home and the beginning of establishment of the home and the association that works on its management, which is the Association for the Boys and Girls care. Description of the building – Entertainment facilities in the Care home – A field tour in the home – The volunteers participates with the children in amusement party.
This comes through the focus of the unit’s work to support knowledge and expertise through carrying out inspection and field visits to development projects under auspices of the ministry and urging young people to volunteer part-time for projects or groups served by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
