Aswan University Hospital is on its way to digital transformation

        Dr. Ashraf Mebed _ Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals – declared that under the auspices of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman _ University President – and Dr. Mohamed Zaki El Dahshoury _ Faculty of Medicine dean and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals – that Aswan University Hospital is taking an important step in the field of Digital transformation in terms of health care, by transforming the university hospital into a digital and smart hospital in terms of installing all digitization systems that work to support surgical operations and develop the medical services and health care system.

       The Executive Director of Aswan University Hospital added that in light of the digital revolution taking place in the country; The CT and MRI departments have been developed, and this reflects the extent to which patients have improved service from the application of digitization systems for health care services, and digital tools such as issuing automated bills have changed administrative processes. Digitization has made it easier to store, access, and exchange data.

      And that the digital transformation in health care continues and will include a radical reimagining of the way of payment, health care providers, and others, dealing with patients, consumers, and stakeholders. In a series of fragmented activities, healthcare evolves into an integrated system in which healthcare professionals can effectively address their challenges on a larger scale while maintaining focus on patients and providing healthcare in its best form for patients.
