Under the auspices of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman – Aswan University president – and under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Abdel-Aziz Mehalal – Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research – and Prof/ Souad Jaber – Vice Dean of Faculty of Education for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Aswan University _ a thesis has been discussed PhD by the researcher/ Samar Ahmed Mahmoud Hassan, entitled “A program based on motivational games techniques to improve English grammar skills among preparatory students.” The supervision, discussion and judgment committee consisted of Prof. Manal Mohamed Khoudary – Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods_ English Language_ and Vice Dean of Faculty of Education for Community Service and Environment Development _Aswan University – Supervisor, Prof. Ahmed Hassan Seif El Din – Professor of Curriculum and Teaching Methods of English Language_ Faculty of Education_ Menoufia University and Member of the Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors at the Supreme Council of Universities – Chairman and Supervisor, and Prof. Mohamed Abdel-Wahed Ali Darwish – Curriculum Professor and methods of teaching the English language at the Faculty of Education and its former dean, New Valley University – member and discussant, and Dr. Saeed Ahmed Mahrous Ahmed – teacher of curricula and methods of teaching English language at Faculty of Education, Aswan University – and the discussion and judgment committee awarded the researcher a doctoral degree with first class honors appreciation and recommendation for publication and exchange between universities.
The discussion was also witnessed by a large number of scholars from various universities, including Prof. Rady Abdel-Megeed – Dean of Faculty of Education, Aswan University – Prof. Ahmed Bakry – Former Dean of Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies, Al-Azhar University – and Prof. El-Sayed Abdel-Meguid – Professor of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence and former dean of the Faculty of Sharia in Kazakhstan – and Dr. Ahmed Musa – Professor of Geography at the Institute of African and Nile states Research and Studies, Aswan University – and Major General Dr. / Mohamed Abdel Jalil – Secretary of the Modern Egypt Party in Aswan – and the discussion was held in Aswan University in the hall of Prof. Ahmed Fawzi, Faculty of Education, in attendance of a crowd of the researcher’s family and Academic staff.
