Smoking prevention of harmful effects
Having considered the act no.154 of 2007 which was enacted by the presidency of the republic on 6th JumadulAakher 1428 A.H 21st June 2007 as Aswan University endeavors through its different administrations to provide the finest services to improve and upgrade the general appearance of the university dorm, it has been noted some smoking cases inside the buildings which is incompatible with the university’s efforts in preserving its civilized manifestation and in the interest of maintaining everybody’s health and the public interest ,we hope everyone will consider this and cooperate to keep the buildings smoke-free .noted that the university will apply a sanction on whoever violate that system and accordingly:
Smoking is banned in the different health, educational institutions, and governmental departments, as the head of the these places is obliged to take every procedure to prevent smoking in it, and he will be punished if he violate this with a fine no less than one thousand E.P and no more than 20 thousand E.P, the smoker will be fined with no less than 50 E.P and no more than 100 E.P.
