As a part of president Sisi’s declaration that Aswan is the capital of African youth 2019, Aswan University is preparing to organize the 1st round of the African Universities Youth Week 19th – 25th Oct. 2019.
The Week aims at promoting the connection and interaction between African youth and culture exchange.
The Week includes the following activities:
- Sports activity ( 5-player soccer, Beach volleyball, marathon, table tennis, and swimming)
- Artistic activity (every participant’s country will participate by paintings reflecting its culture with a ceiling of 5 ones)
- Social activity( chess competition)
- Cultural activity( every participating delegation will perform a carnival representing his country’s culture and traditions)
- Scientific activity( each country will participate with a scientific-technical project)
- Scout activity
