Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman _Acting President of Aswan University_ declared that Aswan University started to receive High school students and their Parents in Electronic coordination Labs in University and in its various Faculties, and that coinciding with the launching the first stage of coordination for this year with applying all precautionary measures and preparations for receiving coordination works in the university.
For his part, Aswan University president added that the first stage for coordination started from yesterday corresponding to 21st August, and it will be continued to25th August, and the minimum coordination of admission of universities for the first stage is 88.4% scientific division- science, 80% scientific division _Mathematics, and 65 7% for the literary division.
Prof. Mohamed Eid _director of Communication and Information Centre stated that the coordination labs have been equipped in training Centre (ICTC) and that preparing to the Electronic Coordination for Secondary stage students.
The most important instructions for electronic coordination:
- Wearing Medical Masks before entering the coordination labs.
- It is not allowed for parents to enter the coordination office; the coordination process is done with the student only.
- Students must bring the required documents of Coordination process and it is the ID, General secondary Certificate, and that comes in frame of continuous concern of students’ safety, facilitating the coordination process in light of the high temperature in Aswan.
