Aswan University headed by its president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab took part in decorating Aswan city through hanging a large number of illuminated banners to highlight the city’s touristic and archaeological places; this came as a part of President Abd Al Fattah A Sisi’s declaration that Aswan is the capital of African Youth 2019.
Prof. Ghallab stated that it has been coordinated with Aswan governor Maj. Gen. Ahmed Ibrahim to hang several promotional signs to illuminate Aswan landmarks in front of the participants of the Arabic and African Forum that is going to be held in the near future.
Prof. Ghalab added that these signs were placed in distinctive places on the Nile Corniche, Mahatta Square and Sadat Road, it includes a variety of artistic designs and phrases written in Arabic and English that won the admiration of many Aswan people.
