Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman_ Aswan University President, congratulated Prof. Adel Abdel-Ghaffar on the occasion of renewing his mandate as media advisor and spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, wishing him all success.
It is worth noting that Dr. Ayman Ashour – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research – issued a ministerial decision to renew the assignment of Dr. Adel Abdel-Ghaffar as media advisor to the ministry. As he was the media advisor to the ministry and he had many scientific researches that affected the media system in the Arab and African countries. Dr. Adel Abdel-Ghaffar held the position of media advisor to many ministries such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Supply and Foreign Trade, and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
