Faculty of Law in Aswan University organized its first scientific conference of young researchers entitled’ ‘Will of Change in Changing World’ the conference continues for 3 days in participation with 140 researchers from Egypt and Arab countries.
The opening of the conference is attended by Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohammed –Aswan University President, Prof.Ayman Osman –Vice-President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Hanan Abdul Moneim Awad-Vice-President for Education and Students Affairs, Prof.Tharwat Abdul Aal-Dean of Faculty of Law, Dr.Anas Kassem Jafar-Professor of General Law in Faculty of Law,Beni-Suef University and a group of professors of law and academic staff.
Ghallab said this conference is a great opportunity to meet researchers of various fields of faculty of law in Aswan University and another Egyptian university and also contributed to supporting research and scientific cooperation ;Scientific research in all fields is no longer a luxury for scientific publishing only, but must be linked to the development of Egyptian society and achieve to its desired growth.
He also added that we look forward to the scientific research that is discussed in the conference promoting Aswan University and getting advanced positions between Egyptian and international universities ,in addition to developing the skills of young researchers in terms of writing scientific research, in light of the presence of a constellation of law professors in Egypt for the proceedings of this conference.
Dr.Ayman Osman added that Faculty of Law was born giant and almost is considered crown jewel between the faculties of Aswan, although it was established only 5 years ago, while this faculty contended a distinguished program for graduate studies that lead to promote the classification of university locally and internationally.
Dr.Tharwat Abdul Aal said this conference discussed several important axes about the Law of (Administrative – Constitutional – Criminal – Civil – International – Commercial), in addition to the axis about Islamic law and jurisprudence on environmental damage and doctor errors.
He pointed out that the conference included axis about the economy and general finance that is related to the crimes of tax and customs evasion and their consequences, and the role of the state to return the stolen money, small projects, and its economic consequences.
