Aswan University announces its need to fill the positions of demonstrators in academic departments, and resident doctors in clinical departments from
the Faculty of Medicine graduates -Aswan University- batch of 2020 / 2021

Academic demonstrators’ terms:
1) The applicant is required to have a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, batch of 2020.
2) He must fulfill all the legal requirements and have a “very good” grade at least in the grade point average (GPA), as well as a “very good” grade at least in the major.
3) He must have completed the compulsory training period (the year of internship).

*General Conditions: –
1) The applicant for this position must be a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, in batches 2019 and 2020.
2) A minimum of “good” grade is required in the grade point average and the major.
3) He must have spent the training privilege period and be allowed to apply for these jobs during the last two months of the training period for the batch of 2021/2020 and not have been subjected to any penalties that violate the ethics of the profession during the training period.
4) It should not have been more than a year since the end of the training period for the 19/20 batch.
5) It is not allowed to apply for this position to those who were previously nominated for the position of a resident doctor in another specialty in Aswan University Hospitals, or as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Medicine.
6) It is not allowed to change the wishes in the form after submitting it to the General Administration of Physicians’ Affairs at Aswan University Hospitals.
7) Provide the General Administration of Physicians Affairs with the approval of the employer.
The papers shall be submitted under the name of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University Hospital at the headquarters of Physicians’ Affairs, starting from Sunday, corresponding to 2/6/2022, for a period of two weeks ending on Sunday, corresponding to 20/2/2022 at 3:pm the application is accompanied by the following documents: –
Original qualification certificate.
-The original certificate of grades for subjects during study years.
-Attitude from military service.
– 6 personal photos.
-A copy of the national ID.
-The original automatic birth certificate.
-Declaration of desires signed by the applicant.
The final selection will be made, and the applicants will be distributed to the available jobs mentioned in this announcement after closing the door to apply for the announcement considering the controls referred to above. No candidate has the right to amend his nomination after submission, and he will not consider applications received after the deadline.
