The Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, announced the names of the winners of the Nile Awards and the State of Appreciation and Excellence during the 173rd session of the Scientific Research Academy Council. Prof. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Mahlal Orabi, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research at Faculty of Engineering, Aswan University is awarded State Award for Excellence in Engineering Sciences.
