Under the auspices of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab in addition to the vice president of education student’s affairs Prof. Hanan Abd Al Moneam Awad, and the supervision of the director general of youth care Mr. Hatem Yousry as well as the acting director general of student’s groups Mr. Makram Khougly, the social activity and trips season for the academic year 2018/2019 started yesterday.
The season includes:
- The Ideal male and female students contest.
- Chess contests.
- Social solidarity.
- Medical convoys.
- Conferences and scientific research.
In this context, the chess contest was held yesterday in the Human Development Hall where the following male students won:
- First place: Aktham Mohammed Fouad, faculty of Alsun.
- Second place: Hassan Besheir Qenawy, faculty of specific education.
- Third place: Abd Al Rahman Hassan, faculty of engineering.
- Fourth place: Peter Naeim Nn, faculty of arts.
- Fifth place: Maysara Ragab, faculty of science.
While the winners of the female students are:
- First place: Amal Gaber Abd Al Sabour, faculty of science.
- Second place: Rehab Salah Abdo, faculty of education.
