- An approved application by the faculty dean is submitted to the manager of information technology and communication center shown in it the number of research to be examined.
- Paying the fees 100 EGP. for every research.
- A PDF format of the research, the paying receipt and the approved application should be sent to the email of the digital library library@aswu.edu.eg
- The center for its part will submit the report to the digital library of the supreme council of universities which in turn will send it to the related scientific committee.
